Blue Coral Dive Booking Procedure

Step 1 : Made a Booking or package
Choose your preferred Diving tour, dive course, or packages from the provided selection by Blue Coral Dive Company. Complete the reservation form and send it back to us. Kindly send us an email if you would like to make any changes to an existing itinerary or create a custom-made itineraries to suit your needs.

Step 2 : Reply to your request
You will be informed about the availability of the requested Dive Tour/Dive course/dive packages within 24-48 hours.

Step 3 : Confirmation
We will send you the booking confirmation number of your requested Diving which will include passengers' details, dates, rates, and any included services. You may be required to pay a deposit or to pay in full, depending on payment deadlines with the accommodations or your package assosiate.

Step 4 : Payment
For all booking you may pay directly to our accounting department by bank transfer or you may pay by credit card by filling out our Authorization Payment Form (your credit card number is to secure your booking). Please keep in mind we will not charge your credit card before you receive our services. If you fail to complete the payment within 48 hours after you have received the confirmation email, your booking will automatically be cancelled without any other notice.

Step 5 : Diving Voucher
One we have received the payment information, we will then send you a "Diving Voucher" & "Invoice" issued by Blue Coral Dive Company, which you can later show to the Blue Coral Dive Company reception or Dive Guide or for your accounting purpose.
